Why do the Walking Pad tracks deviate?
Uneven ground causes the track to deviate. If you encounter similar issues on flat ground, please send us the video via email at speraxsport@outlook.com.
Screen displays error code
Error code E1: Connection issue with the up and down control cables, tighten the connection;
Error code E2: Loose clicking wire, after some usage, the clicking will burn out;
Error code E3: Program malfunction, upon startup reduce speed by 0.5-1 kilometer;
Error code E5: Current issue, overloaded operation, resulting in a burnt or paint smell, solution: loosen both sides, lubricate the treadmill underneath; too thick of a mat, top cover blocks causing;
Error code E6: Burned-out lower control, meaning the controller is faulty.
